AN ANTI-DOPING CONTACT

"UKA have written to invite the Club (SHM) to identify one person from within the Club to become our Anti-Doping Point of Contact (ADPoC).

 They are hoping to build a network of contacts throughout the UK who will be able to provide information and guidance on Anti-Doping matters to our club members (and to the local Network where applicable). They will also be encouraged to contact UKA with any questions, concerns or ideas relating to the subject.

            The successful candidate does not need any prior specific knowledge of Anti-Doping matters, as training will be given. (It is envisaged at this stage that training will be delivered locally to the ADPoC's within the next few months)

 Although no specific Anti-Doping knowledge is required, an interest in the subject would be preferable, and I would always prefer a willing volunteer to a pressed man or woman.
