Sunday August 22^nd saw a beautiful summer morning just perfect for a jaunt around the roundabouts of Birchwood, well at least that was the plan! Sale Harriers had 10 runners taking part, first home was Mike Hatch in 35:29 quickly followed by Lee Woods returning from injury with an impressive time of 37:33. Gary Wilcox was next with 38:36. Geoff Beattie made up the 5^th placed men's team with the time of 45:35.

The Ladies were led home by Lauren Davies with a time of 49:44, just a fraction behind her was Carla Ousey with a time of 49:58, and Dawn Holding was next home with another impressive time of 50:24 the three ladies also finished an impressive 5^th placed ladies team.  Brian Bradshaw 51:40, Jonathan Hardman 51:33 and Graham Padgett 54:60 were the rest of the Sale Harriers.
