The club's top endurance specialist, Gaz Raven has again been selected to represent GB & NI at the World Mountain Championships in Slovenia on Sunday 5^th September. He qualified by recently finishing in the top six at the trials on Snowdonia. This is Gaz's third GB representation at a World championship. The first was at last year's World Mountain Championships and at last October's World Half-Marathon championships held in Birmingham. He's also represented GB & NI in July's European Mountain Championships and last year's European Mountain Championships. With a 10k best of 29:39, 10 miles of 49.15, half-marathon of 64:28 and marathon of 2:18.49, he's represented England on numerous occasions on roads and cross-country.
