I, Graham Wilson and my wife Linda, would like to thank those members of SaleHarriers who thought of us when my mother, Elsie Wilson, died aged 89 on 5 May,2011. We also thank Sale Harriers for its contribution to Willen Hospice where shespent her last days. My father was Secretary of Sale Harriers for several decadesand my mother provided background support to the club through the 40s, 50s, 60s,70s, 80s and even the 1990s until my father died in 1999. Even in 2010 she was stillforwarding the club's magazine to people who had moved away from the Sale area.Such help is so often unrecognised and it is good to see that it was not the case forElsie Wilson."
