Spring's here! That's because the Trafford 10k annually heralds the season to the region's runners. Despite the freezing conditions more conducive to a winter's lie-in, the largest ever number of Sale Harriers braved the unseasonable elements to 'strut their stuff' around Partington's quiet roads, all in the interest of PB's, benchmarking for Spring Marathons and half-marathons or in the vain pursuit of some reversal from the tide of time. Almost forty toed the line, nearly double previous years which is a tribute to the endurance section's growing numbers. Times were inevitably affected by the finger-numbing weather.
