THE TRAFFORD 10k
Fechin Mc Cormick
Again this year, seven men finished the Trafford 10k in under 30 minutes and several of the region’s top women followed with similarly classy times, reinforcing this race’s reputation as one of Britain’s best. It’s also growing in numbers with a record 1000 starters....and Sale Harriers also produced a record 35 finishers, three more than in 2013. Many proved the fast course with lifetime best performances. Of those who did not, many were in heavy training for Spring marathons or were recovering from illness or injury. Well done to all.
