Welsh castles is back!! Date for your diary is 8th and 9th June 2024. 

 

Sale Harriers are hoping to enter 3 teams this year, one per category (open, ladies and (mixed) vet).  However, that means we need a lot of runners.  To assist with our planning please could you fill in the google form (link above) if want a run and are available (or likely to be) over that weekend. It has a few questions but should only take a minute to complete. 

 

The only requirement is that you are able to run a pace under 9 min miles for about 10 miles. We encourage all who are interested and meet this requirement to fill in the form. The responses received will inform how many teams we put in for so please respond prior to 4th February. We can never have enough runners (we need at least 30 names per team to allow for injuries etc prior to June). 

 

Once Welsh castles have confirmed how many teams we have successfully entered (it’s oversubscribed) we will be back in touch - this may not be mid/late March.
