4.6 mile HANDICAP
Hopefully everyone enjoyed themselves at the last Handicap Run of the summer and a big thanks to all the helpers who gave up a nights training to record times etc: Paul Barrett, Oli Gallaimen, Helen Carter, Jackie Cordingley and Jerry Smith.
The results are attached. For those who have never seen the results sheet before; finishing position shows the position you crossed the line, handicap means how many minutes delay you were set off with, then your recorded finishing time, next your run time, (finishing time minus handicap time), then your ranking based on your run time and lastly your personal best time for the course.
There were some great times run, especially Jenny Clink who stormed round nearly beating her course PB only a couple of months after giving birth.
So congratulations to:
1st Man Home: Martin Smedley
1st Lady Home: Jane Thomas
Fastest Man: Rob Flannery (Nigel Martin retains the men's course record: 24:57)
Fastest Lady: Sarah Douglas (Hayley Ashby retains the women's course record: 29:43)
Most Improved Man: Nick Webb
Most Improved Lady: Dee McCarthy.
