Thank you to everyone who joined us for our primary section Presentation Evening Saturday October 4th 2025. It was an incredible night celebrating our amazing and well deserving athletes. Awards were presented to our worthy athletes followed by food and a disco. A well stocked bar for the adults. Held at a lovely local venue, Sale Rugby Club. (Available for weddings, birthdays etc. tell them we sent you!).
We’d also like to take a moment to thank Success Eduan, World Championship gold medallist, for joining us as our special guest. You’re an incredible role model for all our athletes, and it was truly our pleasure to host you.
Let’s take another moment to celebrate our 2025 Group Champions:
Blue Group – William Cordingley-Gaunt and Eleanor Baird.
Yellow Group – Torsten Gill and Erin Agar
Red Group – Gus Coldwell and Penny Petrou
Green Group – Finn Noone and Grace Hart
White Group – Matthew Grundy and Annabel Wetters
Purple Group – Phoebe Kerins and Nathan Shannon
And of course, a huge thank you to our fantastic volunteers – without you, our club simply couldn’t run:
Young Helper of the Year – Eleanor Rourke
Volunteer of the Year – Adam Moran
Appreciation Award – Ian Jones
Also a special tribute was made to Christine Tyrer who is a mainstay of all things primary at Sale Harriers. Earlier this year she was awarded Life Membership which is Sale Harriers highest award recognising extreme dedication to the club over many years.
We hope you all had a great night!
