Entries
Preferred method of entry is online via the SportSoft Race Results website.
Alternatively, for offline entries, a downloadable form is available here until entries close.
- Numbers to be collected on the day from 9:15am.
- £9 per event, spectators £2, free for coaches with current licence.
Expected performances will be requested
Unlicensed entries will be allowed (but not unattached).

Parking:
Gate 2, off Alan Turing Way, at the Tennis Courts and Media Centre.
If approached by security just state ‘Indoor Athletics’. Please park sensibly and follow the instructions of any parking attendants.
Pole Vaulters are allowed to drop off their poles via Gate 13 ( Rowsley Street). Put must then return to gate 2 to park.

Pole Vault (A) SH at 2 metres to start 10.30am. Pool (B) SH at 3m 20cm starting approx. 13.15pm.
Long Jump Pool (A) under 5 metres to start 10.30am. Pool (B) over 5 metres at 12.30pm.
Shot Putt – U14 and U16’s only. LIMITED NUMBER COMPETITORS IN FIELD EVENTS.
New age groups came into force from April 2026.
